Ultrasound Technologist

Akicita Federal is hiring Ultrasound Technologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services for the Indian Health Service Pine Ridge Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. In this role, you will be a frontline clinical contributor supporting a rural Native American community with direct patient care across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and obstetrical settings. Current, active registration as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) through ARDMS or equivalent recognized credentialing body

Demonstrated hands-on experience performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations across multiple modalities (general, OB/GYN, emergency, vascular)

Ability to work independently and exercise professional clinical judgment in a remote, rural hospital environment

Compliance with all applicable clinical, patient safety, and healthcare accreditation requirements

Ability to maintain consistent, reliable performance across full-time equivalent scheduling demands
