Evolution Georgia is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of the Uniform Specialist

• Providing daily uniform service: ordering, issuing, replacement, control of wear and tear, cleaning, and utilization;
• Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and service standards;
• Uniform stock management: perform regular inventories, achieve tidiness in storage premises;
• Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Human Resources: ensure availability of uniforms for a new hires / collect uniform from employees leaving the company;
• New uniforms’ development and delivery process;
• Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and service standards;
• Preparing and providing uniforms stock to Studio Desk on timely manner;
• Maintaining relationship with key suppliers and negotiating competitive contract agreements;
• Gathering and analysing critical data;
• Participation in newcomers training process;
• Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

Qualifications

• Secondary education;
• Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal. Russian language will be an advantage;
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc.
• Knowledge of Project Management basics;
• Business communication, sales, and negotiation skills;
• Experience and knowledge of Customer Service principles;
• Interest in fashion and image-making industry, ability to follow trends and guide suppliers and stakeholders on the company needs;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to accurately fulfill job related tasks and attentiveness to details;
• Adaptability and high stress resistance;
• Analytical skills;
• Result driven attitude.
