About the University Professor Role

We are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable, and inspiring individual to join our academic team as a University Professor. This position is central to our mission of world-class teaching and research, enabling students to reach their full academic and professional potential.

Main Responsibilities – Teaching, Research, and Academic Leadership

• Teaching & Curriculum Development: Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and tutorials at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, and actively contribute to programme development and curriculum innovation.

• Research Excellence: Undertake and publish pioneering research within your field, secure research funding, and contribute to the university’s reputation for academic excellence.

• Student Mentoring: Supervise and support students in their academic journey, including research supervision, academic advising, and personal development.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines to foster an inclusive and innovative academic environment.

• Community Engagement: Participate in outreach activities and build meaningful relationships with external partners, advancing the university’s impact regionally and internationally.

Essential Requirements for University Faculty Positions

• Academic Qualifications: Hold a relevant doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in your subject area.

• Experience: Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research at university level, with a portfolio of high-impact publications or creative work.

• Communication Skills: Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire a diverse student cohort, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
