Unqualified Teachers - Central Auckland

The Role:
We are looking for ECE Teachers in Training, or experienced Unqualified Early Childhood Teachers, to join our Bear Park team. With expansive outdoor areas, great ratios and experienced teams, these are great opportunities to expand your teaching skillset in a supportive and progressive environment.

Our amazing ratios allow our teachers time to engage in meaningful and engaging interactions with each of our children alongside our 3 hours of dedicated group planning per week.

To be our new teacher you will have:

• Ability to build trusting, engaging and supportive relationships with children and colleagues.
• Experience working in an ECE centre.
• Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia teaching philosophy.
• Compassion and patience.
• A deep love for working with children and all that it brings.
