About this role

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and prioritize daily activities
  • Handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, acting as a professional gatekeeper
  • Arrange travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items
  • Manage personal errands and ad hoc requests with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Assist with event planning, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and timeline management
  • Track expenses, process invoices, manage budgets, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Conduct research, compile information, and summarize findings to support decision-making
  • Manage and maintain digital tools, platforms, and basic technology needs to ensure smooth daily operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in office and productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, document management, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup (for remote or hybrid roles)

  • Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM EST Time

Benefits

  • Weeks 1–8: $4 USD/hour
  • Weeks 8 onwards: $5 USD/hour
