About this role
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and prioritize daily activities
- Handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, acting as a professional gatekeeper
- Arrange travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items
- Manage personal errands and ad hoc requests with confidentiality and professionalism
- Assist with event planning, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and timeline management
- Track expenses, process invoices, manage budgets, and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct research, compile information, and summarize findings to support decision-making
- Manage and maintain digital tools, platforms, and basic technology needs to ensure smooth daily operations
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in office and productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, document management, spreadsheets)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines and shifting priorities
- Reliable internet connection and professional work setup (for remote or hybrid roles)
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 20 Hours/Week
- Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM EST Time
Benefits
- Weeks 1–8: $4 USD/hour
- Weeks 8 onwards: $5 USD/hour
