Key Result Areas

Project Planning & Management

Preparation of Cost Estimate & Scope for the work
Scheduling of different project activities to achieve the timely completion
Liaison with external agencies, clients on determining technical specifications, approvals for smooth timely completion
Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress
Preparation of Project status review.



Co-ordination

Liaisoning with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters
Liaisoning with different government agencies for accessing various statutory approvals.
Co-ordination with various suppliers for proper logistics support for timely delivery
Co-ordination with various contractors for re-solving interface issues
Co-ordination with different internal agencies such as design department ,commercial department

And factory

Contract Administration & Management

Keep track of timely & appropriate certification of Bills of contractor
Preparation of labour contract in compliance with relevant laws
Finalisation and drafting of suppliers and sub-contractors contracts.




Site Management/Resource Planning

Supervising all activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies & coordination with Installation team, vendor, design team and Client for smooth site management activities.
Supervising and guiding a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks.
Ensuring that equipment/materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.



Quality Control/Assurance

Ensuring adherence to applicable quality standards and maintaining all related documents.
Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.
