User Acquisition Analyst- Base44

As a User Acquisition Analyst at Base44, you will lead our paid user acquisition strategies, manage large-scale advertising campaigns, and optimize performance across direct-response channels to drive sustainable growth. You will turn complex data into actionable growth initiatives and stay ahead of emerging advertising trends.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage and scale high-budget paid advertising campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, X/Twitter, and other top-tier ad networks).

• Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and continuously optimize campaigns to meet business KPIs.

• Leverage big data and market trends to uncover new growth channels and audience segments.

• Test, integrate, and master new advertising features and platform capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with product, creative, and data teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role; tech or marketing experience is an advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience translating raw data into actionable growth strategies.

• Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading initiatives end-to-end.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL knowledge – a strong advantage).

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
