About the Role

The User Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for planning, managing, analyzing, and continuously optimizing UA campaigns for our mobile games.


Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, launching, and continuously optimizing UA campaigns for mobile games
  • Managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Unity, Mintegral, Apple Search Ads, and others
  • Monitoring and analyzing key UA metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and conversion rate
  • Testing different creatives, audiences, geographic markets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
  • Identifying opportunities to scale successful campaigns
  • Optimizing budgets and effectively managing advertising spend
  • Collaborating with Game Design, Product, and Art teams on the development and testing of UA creatives
  • Monitoring the market, competition, and current trends in the mobile gaming industry
  • Preparing regular campaign performance reports and analyses
  • Communicating and collaborating with external partners and Media Partners


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in User Acquisition, preferably within the mobile gaming industry
  • Hands-on experience in independently managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns
  • Strong understanding of UA and performance marketing metrics
  • Experience working with relevant advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of MMP platforms, preferably AppsFlyer, and Firebase
  • Understanding of the relationship between acquisition, retention, monetization, and LTV
  • Experience with campaign testing and optimization
  • Advanced level of English


Nice to Have

  • Experience with UA campaigns in the mobile gaming industry
  • Experience in scaling campaigns and managing larger budgets
  • Experience with A/B testing of creatives and audiences
  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker
  • Familiarity with the Apple App Store and Google Play ecosystems
  • Experience in collaborating with Creative and Art teams on UA creative development
