Key Responsibilities

• Perform general utility and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

• Clean and maintain common areas, including windows, pantry facilities, maintenance rooms, and other assigned spaces.

• Collect, deliver, and distribute documents and materials as required.

• Empty and maintain paper shredders, waste bins, and other disposal areas.

• Conduct regular cleaning of office fixtures, cabinets, drawers, and safety equipment.

• Monitor cleanliness of floors and perform mopping and basic upkeep as needed.

• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance within assigned areas of responsibility.

• Support workplace safety, security, and housekeeping initiatives in coordination with the Safety Officer and management.

• Assist with office operations and perform other duties that may be assigned to support business requirements.
