We are looking for a Real Estate Valuer to join the Valuation Management team. Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Valuation Management team, this role will perform valuations and underwriting activities, ensuring the highest professional standards in delivering accurate valuations, advisory insights, and financial analyses. The role combines valuation skills, quality assurance and valuation review procedures and knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

Valuation & Advisory

  • Conduct valuations for real estate assets and portfolios.
  • Review valuation reports of external valuers.
  • Ensure valuations comply with international standards (RICS, TEGOVA) and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company policy and procedures.

Reporting & Client Engagement

Deliver insights and recommendations directly to senior management and clients, highlighting risks, opportunities, and solutions.
Business Strategy & Financial Modelling

  • Develop business plans and turnaround strategies for distressed or underperforming assets.
  • Build, review, and validate financial models to support investment and monetization decisions.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Support the development of valuation analysts through coaching, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance.


Professional Experience / Qualifications:

  • University degree in Real Estate, Economics, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Planning & Development, or Property Appraisal.
  • Postgraduate degree considered a strong advantage.
  • Professional membership with RICS, TEGOVA-Valuer, and the Certified Valuers’ Registry of the Ministry of Finance is required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate valuation, advisory, or portfolio underwriting, review and valuations quality assurance.
  • Expert knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and real estate advisory practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Native-level Greek and fluency in English (written and spoken) are essential.
