Vice President Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team in the consumer or industrial practice with our management.
• You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of projects, defining the appropriate (go-to-market) strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects and excellent customer experience.
• You drive the further development of Thought Leadership as well as the establishment of external partnerships.
• You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
• You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new services based on current trends and industry developments.
• You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team from all departments.
• You represent OMMAX and the Digital Strategy & Execution Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
• You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Strategy & Execution Team and support the recruitment of top talent.

What we require:

• You have an outstanding university degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• You bring several years of functional and leadership experience in a digital environment, with a focus on strategy, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
• You demonstrate deep expertise and a strong understanding of the tech and/or commerce landscape, including the latest tools and current trends in digital marketing and sales.
• You have proven experience in team coordination, leadership, and project management, and are capable of steering complex initiatives in a structured and results-oriented manner.
• You stand out through strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a performance-driven mindset.
• You communicate confidently and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high level of ownership and passion for your work.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
