The Vice President, Global HR is a unique opportunity to shape the future of human resources for a rapidly growing global organization. Roeslein has experienced tremendous growth through expansion into new markets, acquisitions, and the development of multiple business lines. Today, the company generates more than $600 million in annual revenue and employs over 1,200 people across four continents. As the business continues to evolve toward a more regional operating model, leadership recognizes that its people strategy and HR capabilities must evolve as well.
This role is an exciting opportunity to build an HR function capable of supporting a world-class, growth-oriented business. Leading a team of 13 HR professionals across multiple disciplines, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to establish the vision, structure, and operating model for HR, strengthen the organization's talent capabilities, and secure HR as a trusted business partner across the company.

Reporting to the CEO, you will:
LEAD STRATEGICALLY - Align people strategy with business strategy in a complex, growing organization. Through a deep understanding of the business and its evolving needs, translate organizational priorities into practical HR strategies that enable growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and deliver measurable business results.
BUILD AND SCALE - Design and evolve an HR function that supports a global, multi-business organization. Establish an operating model, structure, and capabilities that provide consistency where needed while enabling flexibility across business units and regions.
DEVELOP TALENT - Create an integrated talent strategy spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning. Build the systems and processes that attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to support the company's continued growth.
PARTNER AND INFLUENCE - Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and business leaders across the organization. Build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and help leaders navigate complex people challenges while balancing business objectives with employee experience.
STRENGTHEN LEADERSHIP AND CULTURE - Improve manager capability and accountability by equipping leaders with the tools, coaching, and development needed to lead high-performing teams. Foster a culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
BUILD HR CAPABILITY - Develop a high-performing HR team by creating greater role clarity, collaboration, and accountability. Strengthen core HR capabilities while evolving shared expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, HR operations, and employee experience over time.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success leading HR within a complex, multi-business, multi-location, or global organization.
- Experience building or transforming HR functions during periods of significant organizational growth or change. Able to influence senior executives through collaboration rather than authority.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational priorities into practical people strategies that enable organizational performance.
- Broad HR leadership expertise across talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
- Proven ability to build high-performing HR teams and establish scalable processes and operating models.
- Executive presence, sound judgment, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time
