REPORTING TO THE PRESIDENT, YOU WILL:
Qualifications
Strategic Leadership
·Senior HR leadership experience with demonstrated executive partnership
·Organizational development, workforce planning, and change leadership capability
·Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organization
Operational Expertise
·Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operating environments
·Understanding of frontline workforce dynamics and skilled trades environments
·Continuous improvement mindset with practical business acumen
·Exposure to, or support of, M&A activity, including due diligence, integration, or scaling through acquisition preferred
Talent & Culture
·Success in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement
·Ability to strengthen culture during periods of growth and change
·Experience in family-owned or closely held organizations preferred
HR Operations & Scalability
·Experience building scalable HR systems, programs, and processes
·Data-driven approach to decision-making and workforce planning
·Success supporting growth in evolving or high-growth organizations
