About this role
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer to help bring Castlery’s stories and products to life.
What you'll be doing
- Create and edit video for social, paid ads, campaigns, product launches and e-commerce.
- Turn footage and assets into strong, platform-native content with great hooks, pacing and storytelling.
- Bring products to life through editing, motion, typography, sound and colour.
- Adapt creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google and Castlery.com.
- Contribute ideas, references and storyboards before the edit begins.
- Experiment with AI tools and new creative techniques to improve quality and speed.
- Own your deliverables from brief to final output.
What you need to succeed
- 2+ years in video editing, motion design or digital content.
- Strong in Premiere Pro and After Effects. DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Great eye for storytelling, colour, composition, typography and pacing.
- Strong social instincts; you understand what makes people stop scrolling.
- Able to balance beautiful creative with clear product selling points.
- Curious, proactive, organised and open to feedback.
- Strong portfolio/showreel. We care more about your work than a perfect CV.
