We are seeking a Villa Attendant to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:

Responsible for the cleanliness of all villas and surroundings, the administration of coffee stations, assigned offices and any other designated spaces. Responsible for reporting any issues or deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all Villas. Creates an Exceptional Memorable Experience (EME) for each and every guest while interacting on a daily basis.

Main Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in villas in accordance with established housekeeping procedures.
• Clean and service villas, including removing waste, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect villas and furnishings for damage or maintenance issues and report as required.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organised, and fully stocked condition.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances to established hygiene standards.
• Ensure all assigned areas, including patios and surrounding spaces, are clean and well maintained.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

• Must be able to work around dust, fumes and chemicals.
  
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
