We're seeking experienced Village Managers (Permanent Full Time / Relief Full Time) to join our dedicated Operations teams across our remote Villages based in Western Australia.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the village to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, organising, and supervising village operations team members across all departments
• Managing rosters and coordinating daily workloads to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations
• Conducting daily audits and inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards across the village
• Completing administrative tasks, reporting requirements, and budget/cost control duties
• Building strong working relationships with client representatives, internal departments, and guests
• Ensuring compliance with Sodexo's health, safety, and operational standards across the village
• Managing stock control, procurement, and supplier coordination to support smooth village operations
• Handling guest and client feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

Qualifications

To be successful, you’ll need:   

• 4 Years Managerial Experience role within hospitality, facility management or similar industry 
• Previous people management and project management experience 
• Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights  
• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug &alcohol testing and police check  
• Current full WA Manual Driver’s licence
