    • Main Responsibilities

  • Record, organize, and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
  • Coordinate scheduling for executive team meetings and internal deadlines.
  • Maintain shared drives, internal documents, and team records.
  • Track the progress of team deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Support the executive team with event-day logistics as needed.
  • Participate in regular executive team meetings and contribute to decision-making.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed to deliver one of the best experiences to the graduating class.

    • Time Commitment

    Approximately 6 hours per week, with an increase to 10 hours during peak planning periods.
