VP of Operations

A revolutionary virtual styling solution for fashion brands to provide online shoppers with a personalized and social shopping experience. Style.me was founded in 2014 and teamed up with a venture studio to develop proprietary technology in 3D scanning technology and patented 3D geometric deform and layering technology for processing of 3D models.

We are looking for a unique and talented individual to act as our Operation VP/COO who is responsible for the overall management of operations, including the Finance Department, Human Resources, overseas sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will need to organize and oversee the operations and procedures in our company. The VP role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The scope of responsibility for this role is wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes, especially in internal process and management. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader who has excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate and grow the company from its early stages. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient and insightful ways to drive continuous organizational improvement. The goal is to ensure and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

This position is based in Taipei, Taiwan.

●Liaise with CEO to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals within HQ and oversea operation in non-engineer functions, including sales, marketing, operations and back office like HR and Finance .

●Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures; establish and maintain clear metrics rightly aligned with the results and organizational objectives

●Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

●Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Facilitate the collection and use of data as part and parcel of implementing high quality projects and programs.

●Work to assure that all programs and projects are implemented with consistently high-quality

●Provide continuous feedback to team members that helps them achieve higher performance in a supportive and encouraging environment.

●Collaborate and grow the company from its early stages and establish the SOP to help the functional cooperating being closer and highly aligned.

Qualifications

●10+ years experience and has proven experience as Operation VP, GM or relevant roles

●Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

●High Emotional Intelligence and capacity to work cross culturally. He/she will work with diverse individuals with varied skill sets and backgrounds that operate in different fields

●Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

●Strong organizational and personal time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

●Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

●Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

●Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

●Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
