Warehouse/ Delivery Helper

Job Purpose - Warehouse

The main responsibilities of the job incumbent will be to ensure that all goods are properly stacked and replenished on racks for picking. He will work hand in hand with the Head of Helper and Chief Storekeeper in regards to an efficient & effective monitoring and distribution of products.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities - Warehouse

• To carry out tasks such as loading, unloading household appliances
• Carrying and stacking same in warehouse
• Prepare goods for delivery

Main Responsibilities - Delivery

• Assist the truck driver to load and unload the vehicle with products
• Secure items in position on truck to prevent damage during delivery
• Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner
• Deliver and set up products at customers’ premises

Experience

• Physically fit and healthy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Willing to work odd hours
• Flexible, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Basic reading and comprehension skills

Special Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift heavy weight products repetitively
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
