About this role
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Warehouse staff agencies management, staff operating including attendance management, employee induction, training, management, evaluation and other related work.
2. Responsible for the optimization of the salary and welfare system of the Warehouse staff, assisting the operation leadership team to optimize and qualify the assessment scheme to ensure the optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities.

buildings, training, etc
6. Responsible for providing admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction
Job description：
1. College degree or above, More than 1 years of HR experience, familiar with warehouse HR
practices. Employment relationship skill is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
3. Have a good sense of customer service, customer first, patient and meticulous, pay attention to team cooperation and trust partners.
