Warehouse Logistics with a Focus on Scheduling (m/f/d)

Your mission

Management of inventory movements (receipts and issues)

• Conducting incoming goods inspections
• Storing and properly shelving goods, taking into account the specific product characteristics
• Recording and documenting goods movements in the ERP system (currently under selection)
• Actively participating in inventory counts and general warehouse processes

Material Planning

• Regularly reviewing inventory levels to ensure a smooth flow of goods
• Processing returns and dispute cases, and assisting with demand forecasting
• Ensuring timely and demand-driven material supply through proactive planning of parts and materials
• Maintaining relevant master data in the ERP system
• Continuously optimizing inventory levels of raw materials and purchased parts
• Managing and maintaining customer portals

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Technician (m/f/d), Warehouse Logistics Specialist, or a comparable vocational training program in the warehouse sector
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse logistics with a focus on receiving or inventory planning
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management
• Ideally, initial experience in procurement of mechanical engineering components
• Experience with safe load handling, as well as lifting and transport equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cranes, lifting aids) for heavy and delicate machinery
• Experience with warehouse management systems (ERP systems)
• Logical thinking, ability to analyze complex interrelationships, and strong numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and meticulously, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina and care when handling goods
• Motivation to help shape and further develop processes
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Forklift operator’s license with practical experience
