We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for establishing and managing warehouse operations from the ground up. This position requires strong ownership, the ability to design effective processes, and hands‑on experience with inventory management systems. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of warehouse logistics, can independently set up workflows, and is ready to drive operational excellence in a new location.
Key Responsibilities
Overall Warehouse Operations
Efficiently manage inventory and ensure smooth daily operations within the warehouse or storage area.
Receiving & Inspection
Receive incoming materials and verify their quantity, quality, and accompanying documentation.
Inspect goods for any damage and promptly report discrepancies.
Storage & Organization
Arrange and store items in designated areas to ensure easy and efficient retrieval.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the storage area.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of stock levels using manual logs or inventory software.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Issuing & Dispatch
Prepare and issue materials/finished goods according to requisitions.
Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and traceable.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Stockkeeper, Warehouse Supervisor, or in similar logistics‑related roles.
Practical experience working with an ERP system.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of logistics processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in setting up new warehouses, including developing process flows and planning physical storage layout.
Experience working with ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
