Warehouse operator

Rotork YTC Gimpo Plant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound materials from/to suppliers.
• Utilizing the Kanban system to pick and feed materials from the warehouse to the production line.
• Overseeing the inventory in the production line’s supermarket area to ensure smooth material flow.
• Preventing material shortages through proactive inventory monitoring and coordination.
• Collaborating closely with the purchasing team to manage inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and ensure timely material supply to production.
• Performing regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree.
• Up to 2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling roles (entry-level candidates are welcome).
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic documentation tools.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in material management within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
