- Lead and manage warehouse safety and compliance programs across operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Oversee workplace injury management, incident reporting, and workers’ compensation coordination

- Conduct regular safety training sessions and safety awareness programs for employees

- Investigate safety violations, incidents, and operational compliance concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation related to safety records, audits, and compliance reports
- Partner with warehouse operations teams to continuously improve workplace safety culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse safety, compliance, EHS, or related operations management
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Experience handling workers’ compensation cases and incident investigations
- Familiarity with PPE standards, fire safety procedures, and warehouse operational safety
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
