Qualifications
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification(required).
- 2–3yearsof experience in safety, EHS, or related fields.
- Bachelor degree in public healthor other related field withknowledge of federal and state safety regulations(ability to stay updated on changes).
- Must beself-motivatedand able to work independently.
- Must be able totravel up to 50%of work time.
- Stronghands-on skillsand operational understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Demonstratedconsistencyin delivering safety programs and results.
- Able to keepaccurateand detailed injury and illness prevention and health and safety inspection records by following OSHA record keeping requirements
- Strongcross-functional collaboration skills, including with operations, HR, compliance, and insurance departments.
- Excellent communication, training, and analytical skills.
- Excellent personal engagement skills and able to work with employeesofdifferent levelsand with different education background.
