Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Requirements
Education
Majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management; those with overseas warehouse management experience are preferred.
Language
Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with overseas customers and teams.
Skills
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software, with good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
