Warehouse Team Leader

The ideal candidate will oversee shift activities, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will:

· Plan, organize, and supervise team members during the shift;

· Ensure task completion according to quality standards and deadlines;

· Monitor compliance with work discipline, safety regulations, and internal procedures;

· Monitor shift performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement improvements to ensure target achievement;

· Ensure efficient use of resources (staff, equipment, materials);

· Train and support new employees;

· Handle operational issues and report incidents or deviations from the plan;

· Foster and maintain a positive working environment within the team;

· Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to management.
