What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• 
  Analyze and studies business objectives and requirements
• 
  Translate Business requirements into functional and technical requirements and design
• 
  Prepare specification, change requests and documentation
• 
  Act as the key interface between business users and technical teams
• 
  Act as the key interface between business users and external vendors
• 
  Partner with development teams to plan out release
• 
  Assist with UAT and implementation support
• 
  Provide support and troubleshooting from business context
• 
  Perform user support and training

What is required and what we’re looking for

• 
  Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• 
  At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, retail banking experience and knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of one modern programming language (Node, Java, Python, JavaScript, C# etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML5, REST API, SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experienced in working in an agile team with software engineering.
• Good logical and analytical reasoning capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, good written and verbal communication skills.
• 
  Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• 
  Team player, multi-tasking skills, can-do attitude and able to work with tight timeline
