We are seeking an experienced Wet Utilities Design Engineer to join our infrastructure design team.The role involves the design and hydraulic analysis of water and wastewater networks, pumping stations, storage facilities, and associated infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technically sound, cost-effective designs that comply with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, local authority requirements, environmental regulations, and applicable international engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design water, sewerage, stormwater, and other wet utility networks.
• Design pumping stations, reservoirs, manholes, and associated infrastructure.
• Perform hydraulic modeling and analysis using WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, and InfoWorks ICM.
• Prepare utility layouts, profiles, detailed drawings, calculations, and BOQs.
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and relevant international standards.
• Coordinate wet utilities with roads, dry utilities, mechanical, and other infrastructure disciplines.
• Review hydraulic capacity, pressure, flow, pipe sizing, and network performance.
• Support authority submissions, design reviews, and technical coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
• 5–8+ years of relevant professional experience in wet utilities, water infrastructure, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure design.
• Previous experience working on Dubai/UAE infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, residential, commercial, industrial, or urban development projects is advantageous.
