Window Fitter

Aureol Global Connections is looking for experienced Window Fitters to join our growing team. As a Window Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining windows in residential and commercial properties, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Key Responsibilities

• Install and fit different types of windows including UPVC, aluminum, and wooden frames.
• Remove old or damaged windows and prepare spaces for new installation.
• Inspect windows for defects, and carry out repairs or replacements as needed.
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate project schedules.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Window Fitter or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of window installation processes and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation instructions.
• Excellent manual skills and physical capability for handling equipment and materials.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
• Awareness of health and safety standards in construction and installation work.
