Role: Windows Back Up Administrator

 

Location: Noida

Exp: 2-4 years

Education: Any Technical graduate

Job description:

• Backup administrator performs daily operations for backups and replication on local/cloud for the legacy tools, recover and archive data.

• Supporting and troubleshooting backup, recovery and archiving in a large, complex and widely distributed environment.

• Provide status and progress reports for backup environment related activities and tasks on regular/periodic basis.

• Plan and implement best practices for backup solutions.

• Exposure on tools like : Veeam, Acronis, Storage Craft, Datto etc.

• Proactive measures to ensure adequate storage capacity is available.

• Create and update documentation for backup procedures, solutions, licensing, and applicable project artifacts.

• Provide technical expertise through discussions and demonstrations. Exposure with Image/ Disc Backups, snapshot backups.

• SLA adherence and attainment.

 

Required Candidate profile:

• proactive and smart

• anyone with understanding of backups

• Familiarity with these tools is an added advantage: Veeam, Acronis

• Experience in Windows level Backup
