We are seeking ambitious and motivated graduates from Engineering, Construction, and related disciplines to join Winthrop's Engineering Graduate Programme. Requirements

To be considered, you should:

• Hold, or be due to complete by Summer 2027, a Level 7, Level 8, or Level 9 qualification in a relevant Engineering or Construction-related discipline.
• Have graduated, or be scheduled to graduate, between June 2026 and June 2027.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in engineering, construction, and data centre development.
• Be a curious and proactive problem-solver with a passion for learning and innovation.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
