Personal and Social:

Professional and Technical:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working with Automic Automation or a similar job scheduling system as a workflow developer.

• Experience in designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4).

• Skilled in processing service requests related to job scheduling and automation.

• Ability to advise IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation.

• Good knowledge of technologies including Unix, Java, and Shell scripting.

• Solid understanding and experience in IT operations and their processes.

• Exposure to technical requirement analysis, planning, and coordination.
