Working Student (m/f/d) - Innovation Consultant Industrial AI

As a Working Student (m/f/d) - Innovation Consultant Industrial AI, you’ll support one of our Business Units and work closely with our Innovation Consultants and Project Owners on innovative technology initiatives at the intersection of Industrial AI and Automation. You help keep our ongoing projects running smoothly by conducting research, analysis, and conceptual work, with a focus on reliable, structured execution.

Your Role

• Support our Innovation Consultants and Project Owners in daily operations and during processes for international innovation initiatives
• Conduct research, analysis, and preparation of results for client projects and internal topics, as well as preparing and following up on client and internal meetings/workshops, including tracking open action items
• Work on proposals and initial drafts, and contributing to consulting and sales activities, e.g. preparing client materials and case studies
• Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of innovation workshops with clients and partners – from ideation formats to kick-offs
• Support administrative processes with Jira/Confluence, documentation, travel planning, expense processing, and asset management, keeping track of ongoing tasks and ensuring smooth organizational workflows

Your Profile

• You are in a Master's degree ideally at the intersection of business and technology, e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Management and Technology, or a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering
• You already gained first practical experience, for example in innovation consulting, project coordination, workshop facilitation, or administrative tasks, combined with a structured way of working and a strong hands-on mentality
• You’re well-organized, communicative, and confident in coordinating different stakeholders without losing sight of the bigger picture
• You bring MS Office knowledge and ideally first experience with Jira or Confluence
• You work independently and proactively, pick things up quickly, and bring high flexibility as well as strong communication skills in German and English
