ניהול ותפעול פיננסי: מעקב ובקרת תקציבים, וידוא חיובים, חוזים נכנסים וחשבוניות.
עבודה שוטפת ומעקב רכש, גבייה, החזרים ותשלומים במערכת Priority ואל מול מחלקת כספים.
ניהול ממשקים מרובים: עבודה מול ספקים, לקוחות, מחלקות פנימיות וגורמים חיצוניים מרובים.
אחראיות על משימות אדמיניסטרטיביות ואופרטיביות במחלקה
מתן מענה לפניות ושאלות ללקוחות ומחלקות בתוך הארגון
דרישות התפקיד:
ניסיון קודם בתפקיד בק אופיס/תפעול פיננסי - חובה
שליטה ברמה גבוהה מאוד ב-Excel – חובה
עצמאות, אסרטיביות ויכולת הובלה ודחיפה קדימה לצד סבלנות.
יכלת ירידה לפרטים, סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה.
אינטליגנציה בינ-אישית גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
