对外发布职位名 采销经理 岗位职责及目标 1、当地国品类供应链及寻源建设，完成招商、寻源补充，提升客户需求满足宽度。包括供应商的筛选，评估，谈判和合作关系的建立。同时，对现有供应商进行持续的管理和维护，确保其符合公司的采购标准和要求 2、负责名下品类所有供应商的品，价，各类商品模式及进销存管理。 3、完成销售和利润目标。 1. Develop the local category supply chain and sourcing system by completing vendor recruitment and sourcing enhancement to broaden the scope of customer demand fulfillment. This includes supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation, and the establishment of cooperative relationships. At the same time, continuously manage and maintain existing suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s procurement standards and requirements. 2. Be responsible for all aspects of suppliers under your assigned categories, including product assortment, pricing, various product models, and inventory turnover management. 3. Achieve sales and profit targets. 任职要求 1、有丰富的采购行业经验，熟悉MRO领域优先。 2、熟悉巴西市场，了解巴西工业品行业现状，有巴西市场成功的操盘经验。 3、认同京东文化，对互联网模式充满兴趣，愿意深耕巴西市场。 1. Possess extensive experience in the procurement industry, with familiarity in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) field being a plus. 2. Be familiar with the Brazilian market, understand the current state of the industrial goods industry in Brazil, and have proven successful experience operating in this market. 3. Identify with JD's culture, have a strong interest in the internet-based business model, and be willing to deeply cultivate the Brazilian market.
