Your Day-to-Day

1. Monitor student development – Observe students and monitor developmental, behavioral, social-emotional, and classroom adjustment needs across assigned branches.
2. Handle student cases – Support teachers and Headmasters in managing students requiring special attention, intervention, or structured observation, and develop practical intervention strategies.
3. Guide teachers & school teams – Provide practical coaching and refreshment sessions on child development, behavioral management, developmental milestones, and special case handling.
4. Manage cases & parent communication – Document observations, intervention plans, follow-ups, and escalations, while supporting teachers and Headmasters in communicating student concerns and progress to parents.
5. Act as School PIC – Monitor teacher performance, classroom implementation, academic execution, and student experience, while supporting Headmasters as a buddy/evaluator and identifying coaching needs.
6. Analyze & escalate issues – Identify recurring student, teacher, or branch issues, collaborate with Academic/People Quality teams and specialists, and escalate high-risk cases with clear findings and recommended actions.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is required; Child, Educational, Developmental, or Clinical Psychology background preferred.
2. 2–4 years of relevant experience working with children in schools, early childhood education, child development centers, therapy centers, or similar settings; preschool/ECE experience highly preferred.
3. Strong child development expertise – Good understanding of developmental milestones, behavioral management, social-emotional development, and early childhood learning needs.
4. Strong observation & intervention skills – Able to objectively assess student behavior/development and translate findings into practical strategies for teachers.
5. Strong coaching & stakeholder management – Able to guide teachers and Headmasters, communicate sensitive cases with parents empathetically, and collaborate with internal teams and external specialists.
6. Strong case management & problem-solving – Able to manage multiple cases, maintain structured documentation, identify recurring issues, prioritize escalations, and respond calmly to sensitive situations; proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
