Accountant (Vietnam Based)

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and reconciliation (All tasks related payable and receivable account)
  
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Check payment request to ensure correctness, complied with internal policies and rules and in accordance with Tax, Accounting, and other regulations and posting accounting software
• Ensure all payments are processed on time per company schedule
• Bank reconciliation activities to ensure that bank statements align with company records
• Other duties as instructed by Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant professional fields
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Experience in using Misa software is a plus
• Good at Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills, analytical and logical thinking abilities
• Honest, responsible, careful, and focus on detail
