Operation Executive (Vietnam Based)

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance quotations, insurance policies, reconciliation with insurance company to ensure smooth coordination
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
• Collaborate with internal departments to support sales team
• Other duties assigned by the Manager
  

Qualifications

• Vietnamese person
• Minimal 2 years proven experience in non-life insurance
• Knowledge of non-life insurance products
• Strong budget development and oversight skills
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
• Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
