Accounting Team Member (Wholesale Apparel | AR-Focused)

Edgemine, Inc. is looking for an experienced accounting team member with a strong background in U.S.-based accounting operations and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

This role is ideal for someone who understands overall accounting workflows and can take ownership of AR follow-ups, invoice, and coordination with internal teams and retail partners.

Experience with NetSuite ERP and working with U.S. retail accounts is highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and process invoices for wholesale, eCommerce, and tradeshow orders
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including cash application and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Monitor open shipments and unresolved orders daily
• Resolve credit card declines and chargeback-related issues in a timely manner
• Communicate with retail partners regarding billing, payment, and AR-related inquiries
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Accounting or finance-related work experience required
• Hands-on accounting or AR experience with a U.S.-based company strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of AR processes and general accounting principles
• Experience in wholesale or retail apparel industry preferred
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS is a plus
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and detail-oriented when resolving issues
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
