We are looking for people with the following background to apply
- Experience: at least 2+ years of Business Development, Inbound and Outbound Sales or related experience
- B2B sales in financial services is a strong bonus
- Skills: Prospecting, contact handling, relationship building, salesmanship, comfortable blending digital solutions with real world meetings. Most of all, a love of selling genuinely useful products to happy customers!

- Our philosophy on pay is simple: top performers earn much more at First Circle than they would earn elsewhere.
- Our Business Development roles typically have this pay structure:
- Uncapped monthly commissions + Php 33,000 basic + highly competitive perks & benefits. The top 30% of our team earn well over PHP100k per month, and top performers regularly earn over PHP200k.
