Actuarial Director

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Business Plan results, including results consolidation and presentation and timely submission

• Summarise key information and messages from Business Plan to facilitate efficient strategy discussion.

• Drive the monthly forecast on NBV, core earnings and expense gap and prepare presentation materials for senior stakeholders.

• Work closely with the Product Pricing Team, Distribution, Strategy, Controllers and regional teams in the business plan and forecast process.

• Oversee working and control validation to ensure the integrity of the business plan and forecast workflow.

• Manage enquiries related to business plan and forecast from various stakeholders, including both internal and regional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified fellow of a professional actuarial organisation

• Minimum 10 years’ of relevant working experience in insurance industry

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, capable to function effectively as both an individual contributor and a team player

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details

• Solid actuarial knowledge and experience

• Capable to deliver results under pressure and within tight timeline

• Effective command of English, both spoken and written
