Stanley Consultants is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Phoenix, AZ office.

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide complete administrative support to a department, group, or similar organizational unit.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Perform clerical and administrative functions, which may be confidential in nature
  • Prepare reports using standard report format
  • Maintain project correspondence and data files
  • Coordinate travel and meetings for supervisor
  • Coordinate applicable continuing education seminars including room, reservations and meal, if appropriate
  • Answer phone and routine inquiries
  • Required Qualifications:

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • This is an entry level position
  • PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

  • Must possess excellent computer knowledge in the particular software used
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multi-task assignments
  • JUDGEMENT AND INITIATIVE:

  • Performs daily and routine tasks with general supervision.
  • Receives general day-to-day operational supervision from manager and others in the organizational unit.
