岗位职责

• 根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定合理的A-level化学教学计划，确保教学质量
• 认真备课，准备教案，按照教学计划完成教学任务
• 关心学生的学习状况，及时了解学生的学习困难，提供必要的辅导和帮助
• 积极参与教研活动，与同事交流教学经验，共同提高教学水平
• 负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作，对学生的学习状况进行科学评估
• 定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现，促进家校合作
• 参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作

We are recruiting a bilingual chemistry teacher for a high school in Suzhou, with an start date of August 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop a reasonable A-level chemistry teaching plan based on the school's syllabus and students' actual situation to ensure teaching quality.

Prepare lessons diligently, prepare lesson plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan.

Pay attention to students' learning progress, promptly understand their learning difficulties, and provide necessary tutoring and assistance.

Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching standards.

Responsible for evaluating students' daily tests, mid-term and final exams, and scientifically assessing students' learning progress.

Communicate regularly with parents about students' learning progress, provide feedback on students' performance at school, and promote home-school cooperation.

Participate in relevant school activities and cooperate with the school to complete other related tasks.

Requirements

• 硕士及以上化学相关专业
• 具有A-level化学教学经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

Master's degree or above in Chemistry or related field

Preference will be given to candidates with A-level Chemistry teaching experience

Teaching qualification certificate

Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
