About the role 

Please note the internal title is- AMI Comms Admin

As part of our AMI Comms team, you’ll help keep Bluecurrent’s smart metering network connected and performing at its best. Working with internal teams, retailers and external partners, you’ll turn insights into action-identifying trends, reducing risks and improving processes that strengthen customer outcomes.

What success looks like in this role 

  • Investigate and resolve advanced meter communication issues within agreed service levels and business rules. 
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to internal and external customer queries. 
  • Identify communication faults, recommend practical solutions and help minimise non-compliance risk. 
  • Prepare and maintain communication fault reports that highlight trends, recurring issues and emerging risks. 
  • Support quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to established processes and documentation. 
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners through collaboration and regular engagement. 

What you will bring 

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and collaborating with others to achieve great outcomes. You will ideally bring: 

  • Experience in customer service or a similar customer-focused environment. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and problem solving skills. 
  • Confidence using standard computer applications and systems. 
  • Experience with SQL is preferred but not essential.
