To provide insights which enable a positive workforce experience by researching key trends within the organisation and externally; providing feedback that allows the People & Culture function to proactively manage and engage employees within the area of work, within a transformed environment. To analyse and integrate data, submitting reports that can help Business and People & Culture leaders shape decisions and enable a digitally driven People & Culture strategy and philosophy.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Social Sciences, Business Management or any other related field
Experience Required
People & Culture
3-4 years
Demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialisation. Experience reflected in a track record which demonstrates an excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution). Experience with databases and information system technologies (SQL, MySQL). Experience in AWS or Azure.
