Who we’re looking for

The Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Treasury Systems team is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Treasury Systems Analyst committed to advancing treasury technology, enhancing processes, and delivering business solutions.

Reporting to the Manager of Treasury Systems and Processes, this role supports the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of TFS Treasury systems, with a focus on Wall Street Suite (WSS) and other treasury applications. The Treasury Systems Analyst will work closely with business and technology stakeholders across TFS and its affiliates in Canada and Mexico to help deliver and support treasury solutions that facilitate financial and commercial transaction processing. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical and treasury knowledge while contributing to system improvements, testing activities, issue resolution, and project initiatives that support the organization's treasury operations. This person should be able to work independently and in a team environment with various internal customers to configure, administer and facilitate financial and commercial transaction requests from other TFS businesses. The person should have familiarity with accounting and treasury functions.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Wall Street Suite (WSS) modules, including transaction processing, cash management, and accounting functions.
• Assist in maintaining and updating WSS configurations to support treasury products, business requirements, and compliance standards.
• Partner with business and technology teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Research, troubleshoot, and assist in resolving application issues related to transaction processing, cash management, and accounting activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards to support treasury operations and business decision-making.
• Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system changes and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and approval artifacts in accordance with established governance and control procedures.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch implementations, and enhancement projects to support system reliability and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual activities, and enhance the efficiency of treasury operations.
• Build knowledge of treasury operations, financial products, and treasury systems while contributing to ongoing technology and process improvement initiatives.

What you bring

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
• Four-Year College Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL for querying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative; ability to multi-task
• Ability to quickly learn new applications or software tools
• Knowledge of project management best practices and experience working on accounting systems projects or similar
• WSS and/or SAP experience preferred
