Applications Integration Specialist

KG Law Firm, a leading and innovative Greek law firm, recognized as one of the largest and most prestigious multidisciplinary law firms in Greece, is looking for an Applications Integration Specialist to join its growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the digital backbone of one of Greece’s top-tier law firms and actively contribute to its ongoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic business application migration projects, designing and implementing integrations that ensure seamless system transitions and upgrades.
• Monitor, validate and optimize data synchronization across business applications, ensuring data integrity, reliability and operational continuity.
• Provide support and guidance to end users and business stakeholders, helping drive process improvements and integration best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance, maintain and continuously improve business application integrations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, emerging technologies and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by automating business processes and improving system efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with business application integrations, APIs, ETL/database processes, middleware platforms and workflow automation solutions.
• Excellent command of English (Proficiency level).
• Solid understanding of SQL and data management principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors and stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not mandatory):
• Experience with MS Office 365 Apps and cloud applications.
• Experience working with business intelligence, reporting and analytics platforms.
• Interest in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (ΑΙ), process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
