Architectural Drafter

As part of our design team, you'll:

• Create detailed architectural and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Design agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects across Wisconsin
• Transform concepts, sketches, and customer ideas into build-ready plans
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and sales professionals
• Ensure designs meet building codes, project requirements, and construction standards
• Help bring projects from initial concept all the way through construction

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of building design and construction practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail with a balance of creativity and technical accuracy
• Associate degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred
• Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software is a plus
