Concrete Foreman

At Fox Cities Builders, we're looking for a hands-on leader who knows concrete construction and enjoys leading a crew to success. As a Concrete Foreman, you'll lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects while helping build the structures that keep businesses and communities growing.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on a variety of construction projects
• Plan daily work activities to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule
• Read blueprints and ensure projects are completed correctly
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and customers to ensure project success
• Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience
• Foreman, Leadman, or crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Valid driver's license required
